A modern cath lab has opened at PBM Hospital, the largest in the division, so cardiac patients no longer need to travel to Jaipur or Jodhpur for angiography or angioplasty.
Treatment is free for patients eligible under the state health scheme. The lab can handle eight to ten procedures a day.
