लूणकरणसर पंचायत समिति की बैठक आयोजित
बीकानेर, 11 अप्रैल। खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री श्री सुमित गोदारा ने कहा कि डबल इंजन की सरकार में ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए धन की कोई कमी नहीं है।जनप्रतिनिधि व विभागीय अधिकारी आपस में समन्वय बनाकर विकास कार्यों के प्रस्ताव भेजते रहें, जिससे क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए अधिक से सार्वजनिक सुविधाएं मुहैया करवाई जा सके।
श्री गोदारा शुक्रवार को लूणकरणसर पंचायत समिति के प्रधान श्री कानाराम गोदारा की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित पंचायत समिति की साधारण सभा को संबोधित कर रहे थे।
मंत्री श्री गोदारा ने कहा कि आने वाले समय में पानी और बिजली आपूर्ति के मामले में आमजन को कोई तकलीफ नहीं रहे, ऐसी योजनाएं बनाकर भेजें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री भजनलाल शर्मा की भावना के अनुरूप बजट घोषणाओं को धरातल पर उतारने के लिए जुट जाएं। उन्होंने बजट घोषणाओं को लेकर अब तक क्रियान्वयन की प्रगति भी जानी।
मंत्री श्री गोदारा, जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा उठाए जा रहे मुद्दों को स्वयं नोट करते रहे और अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री श्री सुमित गोदारा ने कहा कि पुराने व ढीले तारों को दुरुस्त करवाने, लोहे के जर्जर पोल को बदलवाने व वोल्टेज की समस्या से निजात दिलाने के लिए जनप्रतिनिधि प्रस्ताव बनाकर सम्बधित विभाग में दें व उन्हें भी अवगत करवाएं, जिससे समय पर समस्याओं का समाधान हो सके।
इस दौरान गारबदेसर सरपंच श्रीमती कविता स्वामी ने प्रस्ताव रखा कि गारबदेसर गांव में विद्युत के पुराने पोल बदले जाएं और अंडरलाइन पोल लगाए जाएं। चकजोहड़ सरपंच श्री राजाराम झोरड़ ने जल जीवन मिशन के तहत कनेक्शन से वंचित ढाणियों को जोड़ने एवमं अर्जुनसर से फुलेजी तक पाईपलाईन में हो रहे लीकेज को दुरुस्त करने का प्रस्ताव रखा। खियेंरा सरपंच श्रीमती गायत्री ने हंसेरा से खिंयेरा तक 8 किलोमीटर नई पाईपलाईन स्वीकृत करवाने पर मंत्री श्री सुमित गोदारा को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।
मनाफरसर सरपंच श्री पप्पुराम मेघवाल ने धीरदान गांव में पेयजल समस्या से निजात के लिए नया ट्युबवेल के लिए प्रस्ताव रखा। इस पर मंत्री श्री गोदारा ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये। शेरपुरा सरपंच अमराराम सियाग, कुजटी सरपंच श्रवणराम मूण्ड, सुरनाणा सरपंच भंवरलाल भुंवाल, प.स.जितेन्द्र गोदारा ने स्कूलों में शिक्षकों के खाली पद भरने, रांवासर सरपंच श्री बिशननाथ सिद्व ने कक्षा कक्ष निर्माण करवाने की मांग की।
सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग से सम्बधित पंचायत समिति सदस्य श्री महेन्द्र सारस्वत ने मलकीसर छोटा से 11 एमकेडी से मलकीसर बडा़ तक 3500 मीटर एवं कागासर सरपंच श्री नाराणराम नायक ने राजपुरा हुड्डान के मेघवालों की ढाणी से छट्टासर गोदारों की ढाणी तक 3 किलोमीटर सड़क निर्माण का प्रस्ताव रखा।
इस अवसर पर पंचायत समिति सदस्य राहुल पारीक, सरपंच मुनि शेख,शेरपुरा सरपंच अमराराम सियाग,उप प्रधान कांता सारस्वत, बडेरण सरपंच गायत्री बेनीवाल, अजीतमाना सरपंच पना देवी,प.स.गोपाल नाथ भादू,सरनाणा सरपंच भंवरलाल, शेखसर सरपंच सीताराम, बामनवाली सरपंच उमाशंकर सोनी, ढाणीपाण्डूसर सरपंच विनोद भादू, करणीसर सरपंच हेतराम गोदारा, धीरेरा सरपंच किस्तुरी देवी, गारबदेसर सरपंच कविता स्वामी, नाथवाणा सरपंच अनीता स्वामी, जैतपुर सरपंच मीरा देवी, कुजटी सरपंच श्रवण मूण्ड, मनाफरसर सरपंच पप्पू राम मेघवाल, मोखमपुरा सरपंच रामश्वरूप बिरठ, उदाणा सरपंच पार्वती शिला, सहजरासर सरपंच आसी देवी, प.स.महेन्द्र सारस्वत, सुरजाराम ज्याणी, गीता लेघा,भीयाराम मेघवाल, दुर्गा झोरड़, कमला नायक सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों ने अपने क्षेत्र से पानी, बिजली, शिक्षा, चिकित्सा व सड़क से जुङी समस्याओं के समाधान की मांग की।
इससे पहले, मंत्री बनकर बनने के बाद पहली बार पंचायत समिति पहुंचने पर मंत्री श्री सुमित गोदारा का प्रधान कानाराम गोदारा के नेतृत्व में क्षेत्र के जनप्रतिनिधियों ने पुष्प वर्षा कर जोरदार स्वागत किया। सभा हॉल में साफा पहनाकर स्वागत किया। प.स.की बैठक में उपखंड अधिकारी दयानंद, विकास अधिकारी किशोर चौधरी सहित जिला व ब्लॉक स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
नगरपालिका की बैठक में लिया भाग
श्री गोदारा ने लूणकरणसर पंचायत समिति सभा हॉल में मनोनीत चैयरमैन भंवरी देवी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित प्रथम बजट बैठक में भाग लिया। उन्होंने पार्षदों द्वारा उठाए गए विकास के मुद्दों पर अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। मंत्री ने नगरपालिका विकास के लिए एक-एक पार्षद की बात को ढंग से सुना व अपनी डायरी में नोट करते हुए विकास कार्य करवाने का आश्वासन दिया। मंत्री श्री गोदारा ने कहा कि लूणकरणसर नगरपालिका को आदर्श नगरपालिका बनाएंगे। इस अवसर पर डिप्टी चेयरमैन गणेश सोलंकी, विनोद चोपड़ा, निर्मल दुग्गड, राकेश तातेड़, ओकारनाथ, जयप्रकाश छीपा, महावीर सैनी, नथमल माली आदि सहित पार्षदों ने मुद्दे उठाए।
विभिन्न कार्यालयों का किया निरीक्षण
मंत्री श्री गोदारा ने अधिकारियों के साथ उप जिला अस्पताल, रोडवेज बस स्टैंड, निजी बस स्टैंड, जलदाय विभाग, स्टेडियम, सार्वजनिक पार्क आदि के सार्वजनिक भूमि व भवनों का अवलोकन कर अधिकारियों को विकास कार्य करने व आवश्यकता अनुसार प्रस्ताव बनाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्र में आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विकास में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं आने की जाएगी

Meeting of Lunkaransar Panchayat Samiti held
Bikaner, 11 April. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Mr. Sumit Godara said that there is no shortage of funds for the development of rural areas in the double engine government. Public representatives and departmental officers should coordinate with each other and keep sending proposals for development works, so that more and more public facilities can be provided to the people of the area.
Mr. Godara was addressing the Panchayat Samiti’s general meeting held on Friday under the chairmanship of Lunkaransar Panchayat Samiti Pradhan Mr. Kanaram Godara.
Minister Mr. Godara said that in the coming time, the common people should not face any problem in the matter of water and electricity supply, prepare such plans and send them. He instructed the officers to work towards implementing the budget announcements on the ground in accordance with the sentiments of Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma. He also enquired about the progress of implementation so far regarding the budget announcements.
Minister Shri Godara himself kept noting the issues raised by the public representatives and gave necessary instructions to the officials. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Shri Sumit Godara said that to get the old and loose wires repaired, to replace the worn out iron poles and to get rid of the voltage problem, the public representatives should prepare a proposal and submit it to the concerned department and also inform him, so that the problems can be resolved on time.
During this, Garbadesar Sarpanch Smt. Kavita Swami proposed that the old electric poles in Garbadesar village should be replaced and underline poles should be installed. Chakjohad Sarpanch Shri Rajaram Jhorad proposed to connect the dhanis deprived of connection under Jal Jeevan Mission and to fix the leakage in the pipeline from Arjunsar to Phuleji. Khienera Sarpanch Smt. Gayatri thanked Minister Shri Sumit Godara for getting the 8 km new pipeline approved from Hansera to Khienera.
Manafarsar Sarpanch Shri Pappuram Meghwal put forward a proposal for a new tubewell to solve the drinking water problem in Dhirdan village. Minister Shri Godara gave instructions to the departmental officers on this. Sherpura Sarpanch Amararam Siyag, Kujti Sarpanch Shravanram Mund, Surnana Sarpanch Bhanwarlal Bhunwal, PS Jitendra Godara demanded to fill the vacant posts of teachers in schools, Ranwasar Sarpanch Shri Bishannath Siddh demanded to get classrooms constructed. Panchayat Samiti member Shri Mahendra Saraswat related to the Public Works Department proposed to build a 3500 meter road from Malkisar Chota to 11 MKD to Malkisar Bada and Kagasar Sarpanch Shri Narayanram Nayak proposed to build a 3 kilometer road from Meghwalon Ki Dhani of Rajpura Huddan to Chhattasar Godaaron Ki Dhani. On this occasion Panchayat Samiti member Rahul Pareek, Sarpanch Muni Sheikh, Sherpura Sarpanch Amararam Siyag, Deputy Pradhan Kanta Saraswat, Baderan Sarpanch Gayatri Beniwal, Ajitmana Sarpanch Pana Devi, PS Gopal Nath Bhadu, Saranana Sarpanch Bhanwarlal, Sheikhsar Sarpanch Sitaram, Bamanwali Sarpanch Umashankar Soni, Dhanipandusar Sarpanch Vinod Bhadu, Karanisar Sarpanch Hetram Godara, Dhirera Sarpanch Kisturi Devi, Garbadesar Sarpanch Kavita Swami, Nathwana Sarpanch Anita Swami, Jaitpur Sarpanch Meera Devi, Kujti Sarpanch Shravan Mund, Manafarsar Sarpanch Pappu Ram Meghwal, Mokhampura Sarpanch Ramswaroop Birath, Udana Sarpanch Parvati Shila, Sahajrasar Sarpanch Aasi Devi, PS Mahendra Saraswat, Surjaram Jyani, Geeta Legha, Bhiyaram Meghwal, Durga Jhorda, Kamala Nayak and other public representatives raised issues of water, electricity, education, medical care and roads in their areas. Earlier, on reaching Panchayat Samiti for the first time after becoming a minister, the people’s representatives of the area under the leadership of Pradhan Kanaram Godara welcomed Minister Shri Sumit Godara with a shower of flowers. He was welcomed by wearing a turban in the assembly hall. Subdivision Officer Dayanand, Development Officer Kishore Chaudhary and district and block level officers were present in the meeting of the Panchayat Samiti.
Participated in the meeting of the Municipality
Shri Godara participated in the first budget meeting held in the Lunkaransar Panchayat Samiti assembly hall under the chairmanship of nominated chairman Bhanwari Devi. He gave necessary guidelines to the officers on the development issues raised by the councilors. The minister listened to each councilor properly for the development of the municipality and assured to get the development work done by noting it in his diary. Minister Shri Godara said that he will make Lunkaransar Municipality an ideal municipality. On this occasion, Deputy Chairman Ganesh Solanki, Vinod Chopra, Nirmal Duggad, Rakesh Tated, Okarnath, Jaiprakash Chipa, Mahavir Saini, Nathmal Mali etc. and councilors raised issues.
Inspected various offices
Minister Shri Godara along with the officials inspected the public lands and buildings of sub district hospital, roadways bus stand, private bus stand, water supply department, stadium, public park etc. and directed the officials to carry out development work and make proposals as per the requirement. He said that no shortage will be allowed in the development of basic facilities in the area.
